Doug received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. Doug began his professional career as a financial analyst. In 1983 he joined a commercial real estate developer in Houston as a Project Manager over the construction of numerous commercial office buildings. Doug formed
D L Doyle Construction Company in 1996 with a focus on high quality residential construction. After 30 years, he has compiled an extensive list of luxury custom homes and large-scale home renovations and additions.

Jim Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A & M University. Jim Bob began his professional career working for CSR Hydro Conduit and joined D L Doyle Construction Company in 1998. At almost 30 years, Jim Bob’s expertise and oversight of every custom project has guaranteed the top-quality completion and high client satisfaction that D L Doyle Construction Company is known for. In 2019 Jim Bob was awarded Custom Builder of the year by GHBA.  

Kaye attended North Harris County Community College where she studied Business Administration. Kaye began her professional career working with Doug Doyle in 1996, and was an integral part in the formation of D L Doyle Construction Company. Kaye manages all of the internal workings of the company.

John received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston – Downtown. John spent 15 years with John Boettcher Construction Co. before joining D L Doyle Construction Company in 2010. John’s expertise in infrastructure and job oversight has been critical to the company’s success.

Sheryl received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.  Over the past 20 years she has assisted with bidding, estimating, scheduling, public relations, website maintenance and design, awards entries, photography and social media.

Ben attended Texas State University. His career began in environmental engineering technology and managing operations in the oil & gas industry. Ben joined D L Doyle Construction Company in 2022. His experience in leadership, management of trades and scheduling complex and detailed projects has benefitted the successful outcome of our custom home builds.

James received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. His career experience began as an electrical manufacturer’s representative. He later moved into the roofing industry, followed by roles in multi-family construction and residential remodeling.  James joined D L Doyle Construction Company in 2024. His expertise has advanced the company’s construction technology platforms, providing increased efficiency in scheduling, internal & external communications and cost reporting.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston. He joined D L Doyle Construction Company as a college intern in 2022, becoming a full time member of the team in 2023. Daniel’s skills have greatly enhanced and benefitted the company’s ability to timely manage bidding, scheduling & oversight of many “out in the field” details.

Duncan received his Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University. He is a Houston native and began his professional career at D L Doyle Construction Company 2024. Duncan’s efficiency in vendor scheduling & communications has been highly beneficial. As he continues to grow in the industry, he is passionate about developing his skills and contributing to the success of the company.

Miguel joined D L Doyle Construction Company in 2020. Miguel is instrumental in getting special materials and equipment needed for each project.
