This project showcases a thoughtful blend of traditional and contemporary spaces. The exterior demonstrates an inventive approach to expansion, combining white clapboard siding with exposed brick creating interesting geometric forms. The brick screen walls and varied rooflines add architectural depth while maintaining neighborhood compatibility.

Interior spaces flow seamlessly between the classic white kitchens with brass fixtures and vibrant accent rooms. The master bathroom features blue-gray walls with marble details, while a bold powder room makes a statement with green geometric wallpaper. The open-plan living areas showcase walls of windows that expand the space with views of the outdoors. The outdoor entertaining area extends the living spaces with covered dining and modern landscape design, completing this successful marriage of old and new.
