Arborway

This new construction project was inspired by works by renowned Louisiana architect A. Hays Town. The home features a classic stucco exterior and slurried brick, with arched doorways and traditional proportions while incorporating modern building techniques. Interior spaces include exposed brick walls, hand-hewn wood beam ceilings, and reclaimed brick and wood flooring that create warmth and old-world character throughout the newly built home.

Highlights include a striking butler's pantry with custom cabinetry and brass mesh detailing, a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances and honed stone countertops, and living spaces featuring built-in bookcases, crystal chandeliers, all with carefully executed architectural details that capture the essence of a Creole manor while delivering the benefits of contemporary construction and modern amenities.
